The Project was involved   restoration, and complete renovation of Union Station. It was converted  to a multi purpose/mixed use

facility that included railroad ticketing,commercial shops, restaurants, food courts, movie theater, and office areas. Design work

 had to comply with the National Historic Preservation Standards. Construction document were  Prepared under several phases.

NCE technical engineers through other consultant was involved in the demolition phase and, the base building design phase and

the tenant built-out phase. NCE technical engineers through other consultant was responsible to provide Mechanical,Plumbing,Fire

Protection ,and Electrical System.
